  • Association des Popotes Roulantes du Montréal Métropolitain
    The Meals on Wheels Association of Metropolitan Montreal coordinates a network of 23 meals-on-wheels as well as a production centre. Through this network, this organization offers a wide range of services including the delivery of well-balanced hot meals with low salt and fat content, frozen meals prepared by La Part du Chef, a catering service for community associations and Campbell brand mashed meals.

    This directory is published jointly by the Health and Food Committee of the Coalition de la Petite-Bourgogne/Quartier en santé and the Food Autonomy Committee of Solidarité Saint-Henri.   • Jeunesse au soleil
    Designed to respond to emergency situations, our food bank allows families and single people residing in Greater Montreal to obtain free food in the event of a hard blow. The food baskets contain non-perishable food as well as perishable products and are made taking into account the number of people in the family. Hygienic products that we receive as donations are added to each basket.

    La Maison Benoit Labre is a day center in the South-West of the island of Montreal helping people who are homeless and in great precariousness. It offers day center space, meals, food assistance and showers. It distributes personal hygiene items, clothing and other goods that act directly on the well-being of the people who frequent it. The organization offers psychosocial intervention, active listening and referrals to resources adapted to each person according to their values.

    The Community Breakfast Program provides residents and guests of Pointe Saint Charles with hot, nutritious and balanced breakfasts prepared daily by the staff and volunteers of the Breakfast Program. The cost of the meal is nominal $2.00 (or a $30 meal card for 20 lunches.
